Membership Application

Thank you for your interest in joining the Southwest Florida Estate Planning Council!

  • Upon completion of this online form, your membership application will be submitted for review. 
  • After review, verification, and approval of your application, you will receive an email with your membership dues invoice for the current season (may be prorated depending on time of application) plus a new member application fee.
  • You may pay online at our website www.swfepc.org by clicking the link in your invoice or mailing a check to:
