Changes that have happened in recent months have significantly impacted the focus of estate planning. Now more than ever, it is important to revisit your clients' existing estate plans and develop practical solutions that provide flexibility for the future.

Internationally recognized presenters will share real-world tactics that can address your clients’ concerns during this time of fear and unrest—from planning with retirement accounts under the CARES and SECURE acts to creative uses for grantor and non-grantor trusts and the effects of the current political and interest-rate environments. Presentations also will focus on how to plan with the higher gift and estate tax exemptions before they sunset as early as the end of this year. REGISTER
