ABOUT OUR SPEAKER
Marve Ann M. Alaimo is a partner in the Naples, Florida office of Porter Wright Morris & Arthur LLP and the chair of the firm’s Estate Planning & Wealth Protection practice group. As a Florida Bar Board Certified Wills, Trusts and Estates lawyer, Marve Ann has more than 28 years of experience in estate and charitable gift planning, probate and trust administration, as well as estate, trust and guardianship litigation. Marve Ann earned her Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and while there concentrated her legal studies in various aspects of tax law. After being admitted to the Florida Bar in 1997, she went on to earn a Master of Laws in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law in 1998. Marve Ann is an active member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar and serves on its Executive Council as Vice-Chair of the Guardianship, Powers of Attorney and Advance Directives Committee. She is also an incoming Co-Chair of the Florida Bar’s Probate Rules Committee.
